Important information about our Services
Sentenial Limited, trading as Nuapay, is licenced in both the UK (by the FCA) and in France (by the ACPR) to offer payment initiation and account initiation services.
Should you have any concerns about a payment processed by a Payment Initiation Service Provider, or an account access granted to an Account Initiation Service Provider, including Nuapay, you should immediately contact the bank from which the payment was made or where the account access was authorised. Banks are best placed to assist you in the first instance.
If you wish to raise any issues in relation to Nuapay’s service, you can write to us at support@nuapay.com. Please include as much information as possible, including any transaction reference numbers, amount, time, and merchant details.
